Here is a powerful Powerpoint presentation which everyone should watch. It was forwarded to me by my daughter and the presentation says to help spread the message, and the most effective way I can spread the message is blogging about it and embed the presentation here.
It says that success depends on attitude and not resources and give very pertinent examples to illustrate this point. It points to countries which are resource rich but poor and to countries which have practically no resources except its human resources and are very prosperous. You should watch it and tell your loved ones to watch it too.
